The organic vegetable
garden
The vegetable garden is the focus of our activities and aims to make us self-sufficient. Throughout the year we produce from artichokes to onions, plenty of tomatoes, zucchini, chilli, paprika, broccoli and salad, to name just a few of our major crops. The fruit trees
The fruit trees are spread across the whole site and were planted according to location and characteristics like soil quality, sunlight and tolerance of low temperatures in winter.
Landscaped garden
Depending on the soil conditions and exposure, there are different climate zones at Ecoprovence. This why we have planted mainly oaks, pines, arbutus (strawberry tree), and snowball bushes. We also have single specimens of lime, cypresses and juniper.
