The local environmental group in the Fayence region has around 100 members. It was founded as the registered association Etincelle and, among its other activities, it runs the annual spring festival in Montauroux near Fayence.

The ÖBZ is an environmental organisation in the middle of Munich that is operated jointly by the registered association Munich Environment Centre and the Adult Education Institute. The OBZ offers a varied programme for anyone wanting to participate in front-line campaigns, attend lectures and get involved in organic allotments. The surrounding city park is a good place to go for a relaxing walk.

Dreschflegel is the name of a group that has specialised in the production and distribution of organic seed. Around two dozen organic farms belonging to various farmer associations are represented in the network. They send organic seed everywhere in Europe via their webshop.

Daniel Marin’s farm in Fayence has over a hundred sheep for milking and 30 goats. He sells conventional cheese, yogurt and ice cream in the market in Fayence on Saturdays and in the farm shop that is open from 17.00 - 19.00 on Wednesdays and Fridays.
